• Troubleshoot straightforward mechanical issues and talk through solutions with your mentor.
• Keep your bay clean, organized, and compliant with shop safety protocols.
• Record the work you complete and flag additional repair needs to senior staff.
• Join scheduled training to sharpen your technical skills and product knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical school is a plus).
• Basic mechanical aptitude or experience—helpful but not required.
• Strong willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced setting while juggling multiple tasks.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team‑first mindset.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding work.
