Permanent Position Details:

Job Titles: Contracts Administrator

Location: Hollywood Florida 33024

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

Work Arrangement: Fully onsite to start; eligible for hybrid after approximately 5–6 months

Department: Purchasing

Salary Range- $65-70K

Overview:

• Responsible for reviewing and coordinating contracts throughout the full internal approval process.
• Facilitates contract workflow between Purchasing, Legal, Accounting, Risk Management, IT, and end-user departments.
• Reviews contracts for compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Works directly with suppliers/vendors during contract review and negotiation.
• Helps identify and address compliance issues or concerns throughout the contracting process.

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, or related field. Equivalent education/training and experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of related contracts experience.
• Experience as a Contracts Administrator, Contract Manager, or in a similar contracts-focused position.
• Hands-on experience reviewing and coordinating contracts.
• Experience working with multiple internal departments and external vendors.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License.

Highly Preferred:

• Lawson experience.
• Master’s degree.
• Experience with contract tracking/management systems.
• Strong MS Office and Adobe Acrobat skills.
