Pay: $16- $18 / Hour
Air Conditioning Specialist is hiring a dependable and customer-focused CSR/Dispatcher to support our Macon team. This position is responsible for answering customer calls, scheduling service appointments, dispatching HVAC technicians, and helping the field team provide timely, professional service.
The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, comfortable managing a high volume of calls, and able to adjust the schedule as priorities change throughout the day.
Answer incoming calls professionally and assist customers with scheduling service
Gather accurate information about customers’ HVAC concerns
Schedule and confirm service appointments
Dispatch technicians based on location, availability, skill level, and urgency
Monitor the schedule and communicate delays or changes to customers
Maintain regular communication with technicians and managers
Update customer records, job notes, and appointment details
Follow up with customers regarding service needs and appointment status
Assist with outbound calls, maintenance scheduling, and customer follow-up
Provide excellent customer service during routine and urgent situations
Previous customer service, dispatching, call-center, or office experience
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home-services experience preferred
Service Titan experience strongly preferred
Comfortable handling multiple phone lines and a high volume of calls
Ability to remain calm and professional with upset customers
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
Ability to prioritize changing needs in a fast-paced environment
A positive and professional attitude
Strong follow-through and personal accountability
A team player who communicates clearly
Someone who can balance customer needs with technician availability
A quick learner who is comfortable using scheduling and dispatch software
Someone who understands that accurate communication is essential to a successful service department
