Our client, an established investment-focused organization is looking to add a Talent Acquisition partner to its growing people team. This individual will play a key role in supporting hiring efforts across a variety of business functions, helping to identify, engage, and assess talent while partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders. The position offers broad exposure to recruitment strategy, candidate engagement, and talent-related initiatives within a dynamic and collaborative environment.The firm operates on a hybrid schedule with a required 4 days per week in office.
