To support a growing sales team, the full-time Telesales Representative will proactively engage prospective customers, manage a high-volume sales pipeline, and consistently achieve sales goals while working remotely with required weekend availability. Key responsibilities Proactively engage prospective customers through various channels and respond to inbound leads Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and confidently close sales Accurately document customer interactions and maintain disciplined follow-up in the CRM Required qualifications 3-5+ years of inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing sales experience Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently Must be available to work full shifts on both Saturday and Sunday every week Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
